Background & Experience

My name is Stephen Keet.

My professional life has centred on helping organisations and individuals think through complex situations and important decisions — grounded in real-world decision-making, not theory.

I hold a BSc from the University of Stellenbosch and have held senior management roles in the forestry, energy, and economic development sectors, followed by more than fifteen years as an independent consultant.

Much of this work has involved working with groups navigating competing interests — helping bring structure to complex situations, resolve ambiguity, and define clear, practical ways forward.

Alongside this, I have worked one-on-one with individuals facing significant professional and personal transitions, helping them think clearly, make sound decisions, and move forward with confidence.

This is now the primary focus of my work.

My Operating Principles

  • Confidential - nothing discussed leaves the room

  • Non-directive - you make the decisions; I help you think them through

  • No dependency - designed to move you forward, not keep you coming back
