How it Works

At certain points, the way forward is not unclear because options are lacking — it is unclear because thinking has become circular and perspective is hard to find.

These conversations provide a structured, confidential space to untangle that — and arrive at a clear, practical way forward.

Conversations take place online — via Teams or Zoom

1. Introductory Conversation

An initial conversation provides an opportunity to establish whether this process is appropriate for you.

This discussion typically lasts around 20 minutes and allows you to briefly outline your situation and ask any questions about how the conversations work.

This is a focused discussion — not a sales call.

The fee for this introductory conversation is ZAR 500 (UK £20, USD $30).

2. Reflective Conversations

Reflective conversations are structured discussions lasting 60–90 minutes.

During this time, we explore your situation in greater depth, clarify your thinking about direction and priorities, and arrive at a clear, practical way forward.

Where useful, key points are captured in a short, written summary — ensuring that the clarity developed in the session is retained and actionable.

Conversations are arranged individually. There is no expectation or obligation to continue beyond any single session.

These discussions are not therapy, coaching, or advisory services. They are structured, confidential thinking partnerships designed to enable clarity and forward movement.

The emphasis is on clarity of thinking, perspective, and constructive progress.

For many clients, a single session is sufficient to bring meaningful clarity and direction.

The fee for a 60-minute conversation is ZAR 2,000 (UK £85, USD $115).

What we’ll talk about

Conversations begin with the situation or question most present for you.

We explore the circumstances that have brought you to this point, the pressures and possibilities involved, and the different paths that may lie ahead — then bring it together into a clear, actionable way forward.

Three questions often sit at the centre of the discussion:

  • Where am I now?

  • Where do I want to be?

  • What steps will move me forward?

What role I play

My role is to act as a perceptive facilitator — helping surface what is not yet fully articulated, identifying patterns and assumptions, and keeping the conversation focused on what matters most.

The value of the conversation lies in the presence of an attentive, experienced mind that helps to restore perspective and enables forward movement with confidence. Someone able to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help bring clarity to situations that may feel complicated when considered alone.

Where helpful, the key points that emerge from the conversation can be captured in a short written summary ensuring that the clarity… is retained and actionable.
